The GUSTO S CC professional appliances feature the characteristic Italian design of the GUSTO range and come with two 1.5-litre jars: The CANTO jar is ideal for making creamy green smoothies and grinding grains, while the CUBE+ jar is perfect for making hot soups and plant-based milk.

The GUSTO S CC has been designed exclusively for use with the SoundCover*. Rather than being 'redesigned', we 'Cologne revellers' have optimised the scope of delivery of the well-known GUSTO S.

As the 2-litre PREMIUM jar of the GUSTO S cannot be used with the closed SoundCover*, we have responded to customer requests by ensuring that both included jars can be used with the closed SoundCover*.
To reduce our environmental impact, we have reused the existing cardboard packaging and operating instructions (BDA) for the GUSTO S, and all values and information in the BDA remain valid. However, please note the updated filling quantities for the CUBE+ jar.

The distinctive touch control panel with mixing time display is clearly laid out and easy to use. The six familiar automatic programmes prepare the most popular dishes or shakes at the touch of a button. The manual control with 10 mixing speeds allows you to discover and implement your own mixing preferences with the GUSTO S CC.

With its proven 1,200-watt power and quiet, 4.27-hp brushless DC motor, it remains a powerful partner for the catering industry and demanding kitchens.

The lid can be removed and put on very easily.

The crushing increases the surface area of the mixture and reacts to contact with oxygen with decomposition processes. This becomes noticeable relatively quickly through a loss of color of the mixture.
