Vacuum pump VPS01

Chopping increases the surface area of the mixture and reacts to contact with oxygen by decomposing. This becomes apparent relatively quickly through a loss of color. Sensor system

1- Automatic detection of the mixing container:

The sensor for the mixing container detects whether it has been correctly attached. It also detects whether the standard mixing container or the tri-set is being used. The rotation speed is adjusted accordingly.

2- Overload protection:

The motor stops automatically if the blades become blocked due to resistance.

3- Overheating protection:

As soon as the motor detects overheating, it stops automatically. Overheating can occur if the food in the blender is too solid or if there is too little liquid in the container.

Tamper with thermometer

The masher releases any air bubbles that may form and gently guides solid foods to the blades. The integrated thermometer on the top of the handle allows the temperature to be measured directly in the blender container. This means that even more sensitive vitamins and minerals are preserved through gentle heating.
