Bianco di puro Accessories
For some, bianco di puro high-performance mixers are a complex matter. Not to forget the many accessory products. But once you get the hang of it, you can lose yourself in the wildest recipe ideas without any headaches. The more knowledge you have, the easier it is to use and the more fun it is!
Bianco di puro “Uno” Zusatzbehälter
The bianco di puro standard mixing containers usually hold 2 liters – the perfect size for preparations of medium and large portions, such as smoothies or soups. Depending on the high-performance blender, a filling quantity of approx. 400 ml of liquid is essential so that the blades can grasp the contents and a wonderfully creamy mass can be produced. So what happens if you only want to create a small amount? When you try out in the kitchen and experiment with ingredients?
At this point we fall back on our bianco di puro “Uno” additional container. Compared to the standard mixing container of bianco di puro, this one only holds 1 liter, has a smaller footprint and also holds a smaller filling quantity excellently. Small portions such as spreads, creams, ice creams and sorbets, nut muse, pestos, sauces, dips and dressings can be perfectly mixed in the “Uno” container.
We have summarized for you what other advantages the bianco di puro “Uno” brings:
- Chop tough food such as ice cream or nut purée (e.g. cashew or almond purée). Due to the small footprint, the food to be mixed cannot be pushed far out and the blades grasp the contents better.
- Chopping like chopping carrots, beetroot, nuts or herbs
- Experimenting with new recipe ideas – if you want to start with small portions
- The low container height is often very advantageous when working with the plunger.
- Cleaning is super easy, because the blender with its four blades can be removed and the container can be cleaned very thoroughly.
The “Uno” blender jug can be used with almost all bianco di puro high performance mixers, with the exception of the following appliances: Attivo, Forte 2.0 and the piano.

Bianco di puro’s Tri-Set
The “Tri-Set” is similar to the “Uno” a smaller mixing container. The size reminds more of a kind of glass than of a classic mixing vessel. And this is exactly where the advantages come in: The bianco di puro “Tri Set” is the optimal choice when it comes to small portions. The container is perfect for storage or as a to-go drinking vessel. With a volume of 500 ml it is the right tool to process simple smoothies or soft leafy vegetables. Since a negative pressure is created during mixing, the “Tri-Set” can only be used at level 1 and 2. We prefer to prepare dips, dressings, spreads, pestos, nutmeg and sauces in it.
The “Tri-Set” blender jug is ready for use with bianco di puro high performance blender with automatic container recognition, among which are Bianco Panda, Volto | N, Patto, Patto Pro, Puro S and Tune Pro.
