Mix vegan spreads in the bianco di puro

The classic “Vesper” belongs to the Germans like socks in sandals – yes, we love bread and we love to make sandwiches. But everyone knows that butter, cheese, sausage and pastes are not always the healthiest diet and do not count towards nutrient-rich meals. But what if we don’t want to go without our daily bread, but don’t want to drop the health aspect either? We have the solution! Make healthy and preferably vegan spreads yourself! You decide what is inside and that has advantages in many ways:

  1. Ingredients in organic quality
  2. No preservatives
  3. Cheaper
  4. More environment friendly
  5. Regional
  6. Creative and exactly to your taste
  7. Healthy and nutritious
  8. Perfectly portioned

If that’s not enough reason to reach out to the mixer, what is it then?

Make vegan cream cheese yourself

So many options – so many goodies! You don’t even know where to start. How about a classic, cream cheese? Not only a pleasure on fresh farmer’s bread, but also with potatoes or grilled vegetables. Plant-based cream cheese is prepared with ease in the bianco di puro mixer. Here you will find our vegan cream cheese recipes, which can also be modified depending on your taste and can be made natural or with herbs.

1 glass of vegan cream cheese:

  • 200 g cashew nuts (soaked)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • pepper
  • fresh herbs like parsley, chives, cress

Put all ingredients except for the herbs into the bianco di puro mixer, preferably using a small container like the Uno container. After the ingredients have been mixed into a creamy spread, chop the herbs and stir in. The vegan cream cheese keeps in the fridge for about 5 days.

Vegan Meatloaf Recipe

A big hit in the vegan scene: vegan meatloaf. Enjoy with a clear conscience, without any creatures having to suffer. We have created a vegan meatloaf recipe for you that can be easily implemented in the bianco di puro mixer:

  • 100 g corn wafers
  • optional: 130 ml beetroot juice
  • 175 ml tomato paste
  • 150 g shallots
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • 150 ml of neutral oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

First shred the corn wafers for a few seconds using the pulse button. Put all other ingredients, except for the shallots, in the blender and mix on the sauce button. Chop the shallots and stir into the mixture together with the shredded corn waffles. It is best to let it go for a day and then enjoy it with your favorite bread!

Vegan Nutella in the bianco di puro mixer

After hearty comes sweet and we definitely don’t want to miss that! It is wonderful to experiment and try out here. From vegan Nutella to jam and various nut creams. Because we believe that no one should miss vegan Nutella, here is our favorite recipe for vegan Nutella:

  • 70 g roasted hazelnuts
  • 80 g maple syrup
  • 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of sea salt

Again, we recommend using a smaller container so that the knife can better grip the ingredients. We mixed our vegan Nutella in the Uno container. Depending on the taste and consistency, you can vary the ingredients. Packed in an airtight jar, the vegan Nutella will keep in the fridge for about a week. With us on the team, however, it doesn’t survive longer than two days … it’s that good!
